Prathamesh Katdare

Agroforestry & Ecological Restoration
Leads on-ground execution and ecological restoration across diverse landscapes. Designs and implements agroforestry systems using native species and regenerative practices. Focuses on soil health, biodiversity enhancement, and long-term land productivity. Ensures every project is rooted in practical, science-backed ecological solutions.

Rajendra Shrikrishna Bhat
A pioneering organic farmer with over three decades of experience in ecological farming. His farm stands as a living example of biodiversity and natural farming systems. Recipient of the Krishi Bhushan Award (2014) for his contribution to agriculture. Guides Ficus Panda with deep-rooted wisdom in farming in harmony with nature.

Narsanna Koppula
A leading permaculture practitioner dedicated to ecological regeneration in India. Trained by Bill Mollison, he has transformed barren land into thriving food forests. Founder of Aranya Agricultural Alternatives, empowering farmers and communities. His work continues to shape Ficus Panda’s regenerative design approach.
